• Our culture. You can feel it when you come into our office.

• New and exciting technology. Among our many pieces of cool dental equipment, we have new Cavitrons, CBCT imaging, 2 CEREC milling machines, a 3D printer, iTero, and CEREC acquisition unit.
• Office maintenance. We don’t let things go. If something needs updating, repair or replacement, we do it. There is no eeking equipment by or duct taping things indefinitely.
• Patient education. We are firm believers in patient education and making every patient feel confident and knowledgeable in the decisions they are making for their oral health.
• No job is just yours or mine. We all pitch in to make the office run smoothly. Everyone helps with sterilization and laundry. We all vacuum. If you need a hand, someone is there to help you.

What else do you need to know about us? As serious as we are about taking care of our patients, we are also serious about taking care of our employees, above and beyond the benefits and paychecks.

• We celebrate our birthdays! Birthday lunches and beautiful flowers are a must for every staff member’s birthday. 
• We love food and snacks! So. Much. Food. We always have food in the back that someone has brought in. It doesn’t help our waistlines, but our stomachs are happy!
• We genuinely care about each other. This sounds cliche, but it’s true. We celebrate each other’s joys and help carry each other’s sorrows. We are a family.
• We believe in unexpected surprises. Every once in a while there is a Stanley cup or a Yeti bag that is given out to all our team members just because.
• We know things happen. Kids get sick. You want to take a trip. You need to take your dog to the vet. We support each other and help fill in the gaps when someone is gone.
