  • University of Minnesota Duluth Employees: YOUR OUT OF NETWORK BENEFITS WILL BE DRASTICALLY DIFFERENT (50% COST SHARE/COVERAGE FOR ALL SERVICES)
  • WEC Energy Group, Inc. Employees: Your policy is already out of network (PPO only), and does not have out-of-network benefits

• United Concordia – Active Duty Military & Military Employees
  • Employer Examples* Air National Guard, 148th, US Coast Guard
  • Active Duty Dental Program: You do NOT have out of network benefits. If you want to use your dental insurance, you will need to see an in-network dentist.
  • Tricare Dental Program: You do NOT have out of network benefits. If you want to use your dental insurance, you will need to see an in-network dentist.

• VA
  • Examples* Veterans who qualify for benefits through the VA
  • Veterans Affairs: You do NOT have out of network benefits. If you want to use your dental insurance, you will need to see a dentist credentialed with the VA.

It may not be 100% accurate. For the most current and accurate information, please call your insurance company directly to ask about your specific insurance plan. 

Important: This does not mean you can’t continue seeing us for your dental needs! You can still be a patient at our office! The biggest change you will see will be the lack of insurance adjustments taken off your dental claims. You may also find your insurance company pays to you instead of us. Each insurance company is unique and has different procedures with how they reimburse dental offices for your claims.
