Bonding
Bonding is a process where composite resin, a tooth colored filling material is adhered to the tooth to improve its shape or color. This is a conservative way to alter the appearance of a tooth with minimal tooth structure removal. Bonding may have to be replaced over time as it can stain or chip and it is not as strong as dental porcelain.
